Hello moosey mou 
I'm o.k. guys. Work's not very busy, world steel market's in a slump at the moment, bloody chinese are making our lives difficult as we can't compete with their prices.
Family life's o.k. , kids are at home waiting for mummy to come home and take em to the beach - can't wait 
Health's not bad either - but tomorrow I'm taking my tooth out  , needless to say I'm dreading it.
