im 20 years old, had sex some times but really need a female sex tutor to teach me everything and give me the experience i need

Why not try it with a guy? A guy knows exactly what a guy wants and will give you a good blow job and, once you have the experience you can move on to girls. I doubt that you will get any women answering this request.

Most mature women I know would kill you after one night and the experience would not be a pleasant one.
