Cyprus Forum - which 'messageboard engine' does it use?

Hi folks,

Just out of interest and assuming that admin didn't conjure up the software underlying this forum himself (apologies if you did)... does anyone know where the site is that allows the creation of forums such as this. I'm involved in a group on progressive politics (not Cyprus-focussed at all) and it would provide a useful platform for our members to discuss and liaise on issues.

its a set software you can get. loads of forums have it but this one seems to be the best looking. all the other ones look dull.
