Gab,

you should read some of his posts about his thoughts and opinions on various issues, its shocking at best, but he is surprisingly closed to everything for a 16 year old boy, it seems like he is a lost cause, but i hope i am wrong and will keep trying to be positive with him and hopefully open his eye's to some new idea's and thoughts.

I attemp to express my ideas, and no one listens...whats the point, your like politicans or something. :( :(

I'll just stick to whatever you guys say. THere does not seem to be a point in me saying what i feel cos its the 'hardliners' who seem to get all the 'publicity' or at least they are the only ones who get spoken to/about.

Thanks guys/gals :x :(

I know what brother feels about my ideas, but what does everyone else think?

But if hte president is just an icon and plays no political role, why would still keep the concept??

Magik

It may be worth baring in mind also the number of tc's who left cyprus through opportunity being denied them by the Makarios govt.

My view is that Gc was implementing silent non-physical ethnic cleansing through neglect, thereby bypassing any justifyable reason for Turkey to use guarantor powers.

Makarios was a very clever politician and certainly no fool.

Turkey

to open new bridges, entertain foreign heads of state, etc etc.

The idea of a six month. or one year, or even one term, tc president of cyprus might, just might set a good basis for further respect to develop.
