Well guys I went to the Cyprus Splash, it wasn't bad but there was a really bad turn out.

As for Louis Costa - what a loser!!! He was the worst act at the show I don't care who's brother he is!

Liza mou, sounds like you hated it!!
I did n't think it was that bad, your right about the turn out though, could have been much better!! Those that were there had a great time though, dancing, singing and some were even break dancing 8)
I also though Louis Costa was a sad case but so is his brother!!! Big headed, nail biting idiot that was trying to speak Greek and told the English crowd he was bi-lingual............GET A LIFE ANTONI COSTA!!!!

Hi Marina mou, I didn't hate it but could have been better. I was standing too long and I'm no teeny bopper, by the end of the night I thought that my legs were gonna fall off !
I was also unpleased to see the favouritism shown to the people from the bases, the BFBS team were choosing people to go backstage and the majority were squaddies!! It was a concert held in Cyprus and 80% of the people there were Cypriots.
Did you see the hunky security guard in the middle of the arena - eye candy or what! Even one of the singers dedicated a song to him!
He definatley brightened up my mood

Your right about the BFBS guys, I don't think they even picked one "foreign" person to go back stage, just English kids, definately not fair!!!!!
As for the hunky security guard I saw the bit when the Liberty X singer dedicated the song to him but I could n't see his face that well. So he was gorgeous was he, shame I did n't get a better look then!!

Well Sourcey "your mate" Haji Mike and Marina were there at the concert and afterwards at the after party and they seemed to be having a good time, why dont you ask them!!

Some times a "crap" concert could turn out to be fun if your with a good crowd of people and you know how to enjoy yourself without having to rely on the surroundings!!

ANTONY COSTA - WHAT A JOKE

Postby MISSLONDONCY » Thu Jul 28, 2005 8:48 am

I went to that concert last saturday, it was abit of a let down, firstly they shouldnt have had it at the stadium, it didnt pack out not even 1 8th of the venue, secondly they over priced the tickets. Overall it was a good night out, the acts were good - antony and louis costa were sell outs man, whats with the false patriotic attitude "IME KIBREO" - NIGGER PLEASE!!!! Cant believe lamar was a no show, apparently they just used his name on the posters as a publicity stunt, just to get more punters to come. You lot were right those, those red neck bfbs lot were racist pigs man, the stadium was full of english-cypriots and cypriots, why couldnt they have picked a greek kid to go back stage, but as usual, even in entertainment, it always boils down to politics.
