I know quite a lot of Cypriot girls who date foreigners

Are these teens and early 20s? Just based on my observations here women in there mid 20s and early 30s are hesitant to date foreigners. The younger women are a bit different.

Spot on, I think as they get into their mid 30's+ they know what they don't want after they have experienced the typical (not all, as no offense meant) eastern sexist attitude.... The younger ladies tend to think it strange that a man actually enjoys cooking, gardening etc and is happy to help with the housework and look after kids etc!!!

Well Phill, my husband who is Cypriot never wanted to marry or date a Cypriot woman. hehe He's very good. He likes to help out and cook. I wouldn't be with a man who isn't like that. Just because I'm a woman I should do all house work!

Hell no! I do see Cypriot mothers not wanting their sons to do housework. Even my mother tried to do that too. Whenever she did that I would refuse to do housework too. Whenever I have children in the future and if I have a son he will do housework.

I don't know where else to post this, but my wife (who is 1.9m tall) can't find a lot of clothes in Cyprus that fit. She wears 28x36 jeans, and women's jeans here only sell up to a 32 length. Any shops which cater to tall folk on the island?
