I feel as time passes the desire for a unified solution dwindles and the recognized partition issue become more realistic. What do you and other forum members feel?? is the lack of progress and negative stance of both sides helping us move towards solving the Cyprus issue??

I beleive the reason is because from the time of the opening of the gates the standard of living of the TCs has increased by almost 50% (?) This is due to their finding jobs at the RoC controlled areas, to the selling of stolen GC properties etc. When one sees he can do "so well" within 2 years why shouldn’t he expect he will do even better the next 2 years? Why should he need a solution???
This for me is the best proof that if the TCs get direct flights and direct trade their interest for a solution will drop down to zero!!
