No chance of that I am afraid. That was the point Umit 007 was making.
A lot of unintellible gibberish.
Perhaps even Tim would struggle with a sensible translation. Laughing

I'm not very good with translations but I'll give it a shot.

The first vid.

Errorgluey: "While I was PM we worked very closely with Turkey to resolve our water problems, we implemented a project of hauling water via huge balloons..... the entire thing turned out to be a bit of a balloon over time" Laughing

2. Vid

Errorgluey: "In accordance to global advancement in communications, we must also follow the pack"

Presenter: "Can you give us some examples?"

Errorgluey: brief pause complemented by a dumb look, "For example India from Communication Technologies has" ....

pause again, turns pages

"for example, on this subject, something similar.., there is another event called "Outsourcing" meaning selling information, selling information abroad"

"I'll give an example, like a xray tech. in the America taking an xray and sending it electronically to us, then a doctor writing a report on the xray and sending it back. Thus charging a fee for the report" .

All I know is that after 1974, he was giving away GC proprty lke cofetti in London (so they say) . A exreme extremist if there is one. Unsavoury. Educational, I never bothered finding out. But from the way he talks you are right. Not articulate at all.
