There's been discussion of this before steve. The adverts at the top are an integral part of the software engine that runs forums such as this. Since they are built into the coding of the package, the admin is unable to remove them, nor is he able to specify the content since this comes direct from Google. The content of the adverts is defined by keywords in the forum, so because 'Cyprus' is used so often, the ads will be Cyprus-related. Similarly, if we all started using the term 'porn' instead of Cyprus, we would get lots of nice porn links at the top. |

Well, given the sentiment that has been expressed in previous posts, they are very unlikely to get a click from this forum. Hopefully, they have to pay via google, so its a small triumph against their illegal actions. |
