How do I send a pm to the admin????

Just click on 'You have no new messages'
Click on 'New Post'
Enetr 'Admin' in the username box.
add a title and message and send.

I followed the above instructions but kept getting the saqme reply that personal messages have been temporarily suspended and if I required this facility to contact the admin.

I need to respond to a response that I received regarding the rental of my house in Kapparis
