Poor Arsenal. They were so poor in cup final against ManU. I think they want to be even poorer.

That cup final was justice for us after Man Utd cheated us to win in the Man Utd v Arsenal match at Old Trafford.

As for Vieria, gonna be hard to replace him but im not that bothered. He's 29..doesnt look like he's got the physique to play well into his 30's and I think this Arsenal team needs to be dismantled a bit. I would LOVE to get Essien under the noses of Chelsea...Houlier and Wenger are good friends after all.

What I can say about Vieria is this Arsenal team that has been playing the fantastic football has all been built around him.

Its time for Febregas to stamp more authority on the team now.

I dont know how ManU cheated you in Old Trafford but that is not what I am talking about.

The peformance Arsenal put in the cup final was extremely poor. If I were Arsenal fan, I would worry for the coming year.

Arsenal played better last season when it was Gilberto and Fabregas in midfield.

Vieira was a major factor in our team but the team did not revolve around him.

I think its a bit of shrewed business by Wenger.

Rarely does he get it wrong in the transfer market.

I agree, better to get some good youngsters now rather than hang onto Viera who I'd say has a couple of good years left and no more.

Why pay extorniate prices for some mediocre overated chav boy, who is priced stupidly because he is English...then pay ridiculously low fees for players like Vieira, Anelka, Toure, etc.

As long as they have an Arsenal badge on...I dont care. He gave Ashley Cole his career...and look how Cole repays us...by wanting to go to Chelsea. As for Henry, he is one of the top 5 players in the world...he can walk into any club...he knows he can get paid more at other clubs...but he is still our most faithful player.
