How many of the clubbers would remember him? I mean, I'm 29 and can just about remember his time in Grange Hill...

I'm 27 and I only just remember him too.......but it was an old skool night, so the average age should have been 25-35.

Old Bronson still flopped big time.

When you have 2000 clubbers, coked up and pilled out of their heads, the last thing they want is for you to stop the music and put some old geezer on stage shouting "You Boy".

I thought they were going to bottle him!!

LOL

Welcome to Glasgow!

When during university I worked in a customer service capacity for a very prestigious car company, I had the 'pleasure' (in some cases, not) of meeting the following folks (my rating on the w*nker scale out of 10 next to their name)

Chris Eubank (11)
Pete Waterman (9)
Jeremy Clarkson (5)
Rowan Atkinson (2)
JK from Jamiroquai (0 - crap music, top bloke)
Anna Friel (0)

amongst others... IMO 'celebrities' are normal folk with issues, they just tend to rise up the W scale when they regard themselves as more important than everyone else rather than appreciating their human-being-ness
