its been out for ages and in a few months there will be a new iphone.. so i would not say definatly not..
but i heard there is a website play.com or somewhere they sell factory unlocked cheaper then the locked ones in apple store and the guy from apple store told us about the website so it cant be fake |

I know its psychology. If it was factory unlocked he would definately say that first instead of saying its working properly with no troubles with any carrier.
That was just a way hiding it was a locked phone jailbroken. Probably the ones that after you reboot you have to rejailbreak it aswell |
