Well actually this year there is a great amount of GC tourists visiting Turkey and especially Instabul. But i agree i dont think any GCs will dare to go there mainly because its a risk of getting stumbed there.

to DigenisAkritas:

dont ever insult us again like that. people like you are the ones who are causing problems.

i dont mind you calling istanbul constantinople, you can even call it asotopolos i dont care. but dont insult us by saying you raped took our city etc etc.

its not your city. ISTANBUL is a province in current day REPUBLIC OF TURKEY and we can call it whatever we want. you guys just cant accept the change of power can you?

we have turkish names for many greek cities islands etc too. would you like it if we kept on calling KOS ISLAND, istankoy instead. ROG is the power controlling the island therefore they call it KOS and we respect that.

please stop this. keep on calling it constantinople idont care but dont insult us.

'change of power' lol...nice choice of words. sounds just like the Greeks in Constantinople handed over the keys to the city in some kind of ritual lol.

Hmmm, I wonder if Native Americans call the pilgrims issue a 'change of power'? lol

nice choice of words mainsource.

for gods sake, did god hand the city to you? were you in istanbul when god created human kind. greek speaking habitants of current day istanbul once ruled the city but now turkish speaking habitants do. so what? this is how the world works. trust me, when you say "we created the city we made it civilized" you are tlaking about us, decendents of those people are mostly still living in istanbul.

so do you think that America should carry on occupying Iraq...just because of a change in power? Do you think it was right that European colonials raped most of Africa because of a simple change of power?

Besides...when did god ever create a city or a civilization in that matter?

It's very convenient to expect people to sit and take shit because its just a 'change of power'.
