For earth hour they switch off lights all over the world like eiffel tower ,big ben and households are encouraged to save the enviroment by doing the same..

Ah i understand what earth hour is! what i dont uderstand is why is it a joke! what do you mean by "turning your lights"
is thT LIKE SWITCHING LIGHTS IN YOUR PLACE" or is there is humar there that i dont get!!
