Clash of the Titans movie

Anyone seen this re-make of the 1981 original?

Interesting to see that a Turkish Cypriot actor plays the part of Ares, God of War!

It should be interesting as I have always enjoyed all the British films Tamer Hassan has been in, particularly "The Business" and "The Football Factory".

I've seen 'The Business', enjoyed that, but not the 'Football Factory'.

As in The Business, Tamer started along side Danny Dyer in The Football Factory.

People rave about Danny Dyer, but Tamers performance in The Business was awesome.

I enjoyed the 1981 version more because they stuck to the original storyline and the clarity was better. Some of these fiction movies these days are just too hypnotic and rather cartoonish for my liking.

On top of that my version was just a thin strip in the middle of the screen and no matter what I did I couldn’t adjust it any better, and at times there was so much happening (ie: the Medusa scene) that I couldn’t make anything out!

Interesting to see that a Turkish Cypriot actor plays the part of Ares, God of War!

Why is that interesting? :?

Because, Gasman is a pernicious racist who gets some vicarious, sadistic pleasure from meddling in other people's problems.

Funny how I consider you to be the racist! Surprised you didn't mount a one nationalist stand protesting about this TC being chosen to portray Ares.

Well, I suppose that beats a fat, bald old misogynist bloke who only likes women with big tits lol! Sorry if you thought this was going to be an accolade to your Greek heroes O! You seem to have slowed down with your postings of those lately.

I haven't seen the original so cannot compare. Don't usually enjoy 'remakes'.
