I managed to find another site which had some images. Now I know just where it is going. The computer generated pictures had me confused as the road layout is currently completely different. No nice tree lined Dual carriageway at present.

What it is supposed to look like and what will look like could be two different things, particularly when the artist's impression shows a completely different view of the surroundings to the reality... A bit like the image of the Oval where the roads are clearly the figment of a vivid imagination.
