Interesting point at the bottom of article about etiquette...

Aside from the usual prohibitions on driving drunk, without a seatbelt fastened, or while chatting on a mobile (though hands-free sets are permitted), it is also a no-no to drive while smoking.

When did THAT happen?

There is ban on smoking in car which containes children under 16 - came in at the same time as the ban on smoking in Public places - still I dont supposes it 'll stop the 13 year old lighting up as he drives home in daddy's Porsche which he borrowed (without asking) to go to the Periptero to buy some booze and ciggies.
