The answer is No. PEACE and Denctash are not the same thing because they happen to agree on one point.
This was to show that if the extremists of Chrisi Avgi reject the Annan plan and I reject it too, that doesn't mean that I and them share the same views.
The great majority of GCs that voted "no" have nothing to do with such extremists.
