Forgive me, but they're living in their little 'Greek bubble'
Measuring our country's achievements by Greece's standards, rejecting our countrymen's achievements because its not part of mainstream 'Greek' sports such as is in the case of Costa Philippou. UFC 140 had global audience, yet our retarded media's coverage was literally zero. LITERALLY ZERO.
More foreigners watched Philippou destroy Hamman than Cypriots.
More foreigners know about the National Cyprus rugby team than Cypriots.
A fkn disgrace.

they're not looking after our youngsters, they're not exposing and promoting them.
Them and a whole host of brilliant sportsmen and athletes who possess world class talent.

Excellent post Cap.

The RoC should increase funding to sports like Rugby and Tennis.

Sweet revenge for our boy Chrysochos at the International Tournament Under 16 - Montecatini, 2012, Boys 16.

He beat Bahamonde Francisco of Argentina in straight sets 60 60, in the SF.
Worth mentioning the Argentinian kid also has a professional ATP ranking of 1428!!

Our boy Petros took the title like a champ, although hard fought 64 46 64 from the Spaniard Munar Clar, Jaume Antoni.

4th title this year.
