Hi guys, does anybody know about the project that you can install solar panels in a field and Cyprus electricity authority will buy electricity power from you ?

I think they have stopped doing that, you have to go wind for government support.

As an aside has anyone notice the advertising hoarding on the slip road to Paphos International Airport? Some of these monstrosities have photo voltaic cells.
Could street lighting use the same technology? Outdoor lighting (Christmas type)? Security lighting?
If so, where would we purchase these?
