I am wondering whether it is possible to exchange Thai Baht in Cyprus, and having looked at the exchange rates of a few banks (including the national one), I noticed that Thai Baht is not on the list. Any tips for performing such an exchange? Thank you in advance.

Try the Central bank in Nicosia.

The listsyou see at the front of the bank will likely only have spaces for the popular currencies which either visitors to Cyprus will bring in our Cypriots will take out, and you will probbaly see mostly European currencies. That does not necassarily mean that they cannot/will not change other currencies: Have you tried going into the bank and asking them if they will do the exchange? They might scratch their heads, have a coffee, ask the boss, phone their partner/best friend, have another coffee, phone HQ, etc., before telling you if they can or not.
