My children will travel with me but i will not take them to the north because it has shocked and discussed me travelling there ...seeing what my parents have lost was bad enough last time i was in my country.

we have 330 sunny days most years - the weather can be very pleasant from the temperature POV from end March onwards- the main summer season is July/August - warning - it can be very hot/humid from June to October - for me best time of year is March-May or October- December.

PS its the only place I know where I have seen some restaraunts shut for vacation in August in the hight of the hoilday season.

Why cant i live in a country that has a secent summer fullstop ...let alone 330 days without rain ...i bloody hate the cold weather ....when i was there in 2010 i stayed for 3 & 1/2 weeks and it rained once while in Nicosia ...for about an hour .......and thats it every other day was perfect ....well im planning possibly coming in the 2nd week in august to mid september....hopefully i will have enough time to see everyone this time......so i dont get abused by the relatives i missed out on....I guess i can put up with a few more souvla's for lunch and a couple extra Carlsbergs :)
