So Engalnd lost - no doubt lots of unhappy English fans but as I understand it (and I never bothered watching) the better team won on penalties. Well done Italy.

VIVA ITALIA.

Italy 2, Foreign Legion 1
Out. Ouss (?) Rauss(?) (Well, whatever they call it).
Two South Med. teams to the final. Just love it.

Don't give a toss- Football is the new opiate of the masses- an "industry" designed to extract money from people and where the wages of just one of the best paid individuals would fund the employment of a numbet Nurses, or similar useful people who provide a real benefit to society.

I think i'd call it philosphical:

Well to be honest it is jealousy - I was never any good at sport and never got the chance of earning wads of cash and shagging Posh birds (or even slappers) like top footballers seem to get.
