cinnamon bun flavoured potato chips, and they are delicious!

marinate your pork in whisky, add the wine for colour...

i have enjoyed this dish with scotch (and wine, because there was not enough of either); to die for.

...but whisky, like a Jack Daniels, that could be interesting too. 8)

Will try. Also the other day someone told me you can marinade pork souvlaki with ouzo, but I think ouzo blends better with fish.
