Question about Amazon co uk

Postby BLazerules » Sun Sep 23, 2012 12:57 pm

Oh hello there. Seeing how I live in Cyprus and I have decieded to build a PC I have selected a ton of stuff off pixmania. Sadly it doesn't have keyboards or any good speakers. So I decided to bite the bullet and look on amazon. Now I'm not sure whether amazon co uk delivers stuff to Cyprus does anyone know? And if I get ripped off I can just email amazon staff or something? Anyways here are the products I am planning on ordering in case this helps:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-GH24NS90-AUA ... 709&sr=8-3
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Razer-RZ03-0026 ... 867&sr=8-1
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logitech-OEM-S2 ... B000QWFI9A

BLazerules...If you're ordering from Amazon, then they will deliver to Cyprus (see link, below). If you're ordering from one of Amazon's affiliates, you'll have to check with them.

Amazon will not rip you off. They're a large, established organisation with market places around the world - they have a complaints section and they are very, very good with returns/refunds.

All those items are delivered by Amazon (as opposed to one of their associates) and can be purchased from Cyprus. I haven't found any 'associates' that will deliver here.

Amazon will only charge you local VAT (17%) so the items will cost slightly less than shown.

If the seller is Amazon.co.uk then most products are delivered to Cyprus. There are some exceptions, like the Kindle Fire (and maybe some of the larger appliances? Never tried to order something too big). Your products should be delivered no problem.
If the seller is an Amazon associate then they might deliver to Cyprus or not and the shipping charge can vary greatly from seller to seller.
Just add the items you want in your cart and proceed with the checkout. Before your order is finalized you will be able to see if all items can be delivered and what the shipping cost will be.

By the way, Amazon service is much better than Pixmania. So if you don't mind ordering from Pixmania then you shouldn't worry at all about Amazon. I ordered many times from both and so far had no problems.

There’s a great online shop located right here in Limassol that delivers to your home Cyprus wide at no extra charge for cash on delivery. You won’t even need to use a credit card but I don't know if they've got the specific bits you’re looking for.

Used them twice and had no problems.

I see, I will check them out. Seem like a trusted source.

Heh yeah I bet. Pixmania is pretty bad seeing how the CY version of the website seems so much more disorganized which really gets annoying.

Purchased from Cyprus? Where? Because most these items are pretty hard to find in Cyprus. Especially the keyboard. As or the local VAT. If its less, awesome since my this PC already costs me 1202 euro
