It depends if the cultures are compatible. If one culture feels very strongly that something should be done in one way and another culture feels very strongly that the same thing should be done in the opposite way then there is a problem! What I say is that those who go to another country should learn to respect their host culture and be compatible with it. If they can't then they should return to their own homeland.

The problem is capitalism stupid... there is no problem with migration on a level playing field... wealth imbalances cause unequal migration patterns that distort local balance... further there is the fetishization of ethnicities that are promoted by capitalists for their own benefit... I have nothing against people from all backgrounds mixing... it is the context in which this takes place that is the problem...

hahahahaha!

Capitalism provides a level playing field! You work - you earn.

Socialism provides the bizarre world of benefits. You work, you pay for those that don't work. You support those who can't be arsed to work. You pay for others.

It is socialists and their benefits and subsidies that attract migrants from countries that are poorer. That is why the UK will be flooded with benefit seeking Romanians next year...

And THAT is why the health and education systems will be overwhelmed and THAT is why the locals will be angry. Because they can't get an appointment with their doctor and because their kids aren't doing so well at school because the teachers are helping Romanian children learn English.

Capitalism (and of course Communism) is indeed part of the problem. Only solution left is the combination of socialism with nationalism.
