Yes you are right you will never get such a chance ever again. it's finished-caput-bitti-eteleiiose.
You may kiss it goodbye and lay flowers in its grave once every other day

And btw neither the laws were the result of the committees.

And you have lost the north forever.

The committees worked hand in hand with the law makers, were you in any if the committees?

Nicosia, Mar 13 (CNA) - The technical committees, established to work on several aspects of the Annan plan for a Cyprus settlement, have finalised over 50 laws out of the 118 that need to be agreed upon.

Which proves what that the rest were finalized later. Get over it we have, you said no to a solution put forward by the UN and supported by the majority of the world.

...again, the truth be told, the more you continue to press this issue, the more the lie in it is shown.

Cypriots voted for the Annan Plan, whether they voted yes or no, measured its terms, it did not reveal Greek intransigence, nor does it imply that Greeks and Turks cannot live together; you know the expressions, try and try again, only nothing comes for free (and even that will cost you), or you get what you pay for (buyer beware), they all come to mind.

It proves that none of the remaining 68 were finalized by mutual agreement considering the committees were working for 3 years before.

You appear to be trying to convince yourselves more than anyone else that it was the right thing to do and reject the only opportunity you will get, the only plan ever put to a referendum, the only solution put before the people. You will never ever get such a chance ever again.

Then why are you constantly bringing up the AP if you don't want the GCs to take another crack at it? Shut the fcuk up and give it a rest since you are happy that the GCs said OXI to the AP.

GOOD, so don't you and VP ever bring it up again.

The truth is, Erdogan is more upset about his little plan not panning out with the AP than you and VP put together.
