Coral Bay has a large sandy beach, safe, clear & warm.
The main road in Coral Bay has dozens of restaurants / bars / shops.
Try a different one every night.
If you can catch the bus 3km up to Peyia, the Peyia Tavern is a traditional Cypriot Taverna, no formal menu - great value - unlike the Harbour in Paphos - great food - unlike the harbour in paphos - great service - unlike the harbour in Paphos.
However, it is a popular taverna and you would be advised to book 2 - 3 days in advance.
Sophie's in Peyia is also popular, with different hot buffet's every day - mexican, chinese, indian and english on Sundays.
Do not get me wrong the Harbour in Paphos is good but compared to taverna off the tourist track - they are not Premiership.
Coral Bay has enough to keep you occupied for a week but paphos is only 20-30mins on the bus which runs every 15mins.
Please click on the link below to browse additional information about the Paphos Region in general.
Happy Holidays

| Just back from 2 weeks in coral bay. The coral king , Palm grove were the best restraunts i went to.Dont get me wrong these are not first class but a lot better than the rest. The chinese was terrible, our meal was on the table in less than 5 mins from ordering. It was clearly straight from the microwave. The Sirana was also terrible. I waited over an hour for a pizza, when it arrived it was stone cold. It was a pizza which had been bought from the supermarket freezer and not heated up properly. So poor i dont know how they stay in business. I enjoyed |
