I have to say this topic has brought unbelievable attention than any other topic on this forum. The first 1500 posts was sceptical comments about it being for real . I was also sceptical although I did see the pipes all stacked up near the shores of kyrenia when I visited Cyprus 2 years ago. Now it's here I too am sceptical again if water will be robustly allocated everywhere ? Time will tell rather than opinions . So on that note I will wait and see how it unfolds in case I have to eat my words like I did when the overdue project was finally achieved. I believe there are teething problems and we shall see how it's tackled.

But if the dams are not full yet in the north, why isn't the water flowing regardless, no matter what the operational disagreement may well be?

Are the dams full yet, Lordo?

...that too, we learned that dams need time to settle, and to be tested, sometime over a year.

To be honest none of us are qualified to make technical comments when this was the first ever progect of its kind . It's not the case where water is coming from a source on the same land . It's coming through a pipe along the sea for gods sake from another country . I am very sceptical about it ever smoothly operating . But that's the way I think . I believe most of your thoughts are more politically and of course your hatred of Turks but mine is more of the reality of such grand projects. Even if it worked perfectly you guys will just play the political card which look guys I understand where your coming from but it is the devil you know as they say . The TC S don't trust turkey but turkey have never massacred or murdered our people so it's better the devil you know.
