We could have avoided that if the village idiot had spoken to the Governor of the Central Bank, but being a Communist he knew best!

Well, getting a proper legal investigation in to the role of the EBA and the ECB just needs one of the on-going actions in the CY Courts to raise the matter of an abuse of power or a negligence on the part of any EU organ under EU legislation to get the whole package and the whole chain of sorry events from the stress tests on to the present mess looked at by the experts of the ECJ... and that at no extra cost to anyone in CY.

According to a report in the Fam Gaz, some 50 cases have been brought against the fleecing of depositors in Laiki and BoC in the CY Supreme Court. The Court have placed a limit of ten more days for any others to lodge appeals...

Vgenopoulos and partner fail to appear in court to face lawsuit for Laiki deception.

A EAW may be requested in court by the plaintiff.

Have the subjected Vgenopoulos to an IQ test yet? I fear that a good Defence for over exposing the entire country to Greece is to claim insanity. Idiots!

Vgenopoulos, the cursed blight, no blood bold, and just the tip of an iceberg.

...sorry, just expressing my opinion: not a Greek, not even a Cypriot, no better than a "Turk", and unlike a Turk, just a "Greek".

Hello, I have now been allocated my shares in BoC of approx €100.000,00 I just cannot believe they have just taken the money and lumbered me with these bulls**t shares that are worthless. Trading is still suspended with the BoC shares...what a disgrace.

Whilst I am here does anyone know of any lawyers who are sueing on behalf of Bank of Cyprus depositors?

There is news of a class action being pursued in the Supreme Court for anyone who has lost out.

If it fails, domestic remedies would have been exhausted, so the intent then is to go a European Court, unclear whether they mean the ECHR.

More details at this FB Page... https://www.facebook.com/groups/csaagro ... ion=stream

Investigate and make your own judgements on the solicitors before joining.

(won't post details of the solicitors who are handling this)
