I used to support your people getting a 20% and forming their own little state but no longer!

I realize today (thanks to your forum input and those of other TCs over the years) that we can’t afford to have a mini Turkey in our midst because the truth is many of your people can NEVER be Cypriotised... and that of course means there will never be peace.

How can they be Cypriotized or Europeanized if you're not willing to accept them... Aren't you arguing against yourself ?

We should keep the Turkish language on our ID's cards though, to remind us to not go there. Imagine being told what to do by that baboon, Eroglu, every fifth year.

Accept them as equals (individuals), yes. reciprocation and the rest is down to them.

Cypriotism is in your heart… it cannot be forced or induced.

Well they seem to love him for I have never heard a TC criticize him in any way.

Why can't it be learned the same way you learned?

Can you teach a grown man to love someone else’ mother and accept her as his own?

You can’t. His heart is already preoccupied with another woman… his real mother.

At the end of the day we were invaded by a neighboring country many years ago who left behind some of its people.

But these people who got left behind have never accepted the indigenous people and do not want to live with them (for whatever reasons), so they are trying to reinvent this country and are even asking for our help to help them accomplish that!

And of course our natural instinct is to not want to help them but get rid of them!

So there you go… the CyProb wrapped up in a few lines.

I would agree with this but this is not true for all TC's.

The RoC should be giving them the boot, but accept as equal Cypriots, those few who may want to stay and reciprocate. They would be better off in Turkey anyway, they are in pseudo Turkey now.
