How is the GOWIND project going?
2 GOWIND OPV and 2 SAAR-72 Corvettes would be ideal for Cyprus.
After that, 3 Gotland Class Attack Submarines with a complement of only 27.

These are a multi billion dollar investment. It might even be a Trillion Dollar investment and money is not a problem.
