I might be ugly, but I'm not a liar. :D

28 Feb 2001 really? Is this the best you can do? Both ugly and liar.

So over 50% was first sold a long time ago (more to follow). Why did you not know about it? :D

Currently, the Turkish government owns only 49% of Turkish Airlines.

How many times are you going to ignore safety:

The foreign airlines with the worst fatality records are:

Turkish Airlines 3.60
Indian Airlines 3.53
Aeromexico 1.76
Japan Airlines 1.36
SwissAir 1.20

Which foreigners? I still don't see any evidence for your lies. How do you feel about Turkish Airlines being the best in Europe?

Dunno, but they have been trying hard to improve the terrible safety record they inherited which Turks like you keep ignoring. Until it's in full foreign ownership, it will be hard to reverse their terrible trend.

(One source of the time (link over page) said Air France and Lufthansa were possible buyers. Why don't you check your stocks trader listings? Oh that's right, Turkey keeps you in the dark about anything like this. )

Apparently south Cyp air and olympic are both bankrupt and someone is jealous of the airline that is flying to most no. of countries. plus chosen as the best airline of Europe third year in a row.

That's cos over 50% of your "national" airline is owned by foreigners. :D

From their own website:

In 2005, 25% of the company was sold via an SPO under a privatisation programme, and today 50.9% of the company shares are publicly held, while the rest remain state-owned.

Hahaha - less than half a "National" airline for such a big country. :D

Until Erdogan gives up the rest, I'm afraid you are stuck as the worst performing Airline for safety. But that's fine, because you don't care!
