Not if they are branded as Israeli. If we buy them though we should agree on the maintenance cost, otherwise we will end up being screwed like in the case of the Russian helicopters.

Historically the Turks had 'neutral' allies because of our alliance with Arabs, Greeks and communists.
We're a speck in the ocean, but if that is the case now, then they're dealing with real Israeli American interests, not Cypriots.
