I believe he was donating a kidney to save the life of an illegal African immigrant that had wormed his way here via a pseudo-uni in the occupied north.

There is more than one possibility in the above list.
I found it quite difficult to choose between donating bum marrow to YiaLoser, cellulite removal from under the cranium, brain defibrillator change and frontal lobotamy.
Maybe there could have been an "all of the above".
