Cyprus is considered a country full of trash

So far, she said, 90 Municipalities and Communities, 51 organizations / bodies and 16 Government Departments, including the Presidency and the Ministry of Defence, have registered.

The number of volunteers who have signed up so far, she said, amounts to 3000.

...very interesting world movement, the facts on Cyprus, at least the part that is not occupied by the Turkish Army, are enlightening as well.

My hope is that this effort to clean up the trash which is a blight on the landscape, ends successfully.

April 6, is a little too soon for activists in the north to organise, but i hope that next year, the efforts will be even more successful; i urge everyone to make this effort, it takes so little to show some respect.

@ VP, just kidding; (for VP), this message is for everybody who loves Cyprus, i know that anything about you on this site draws flies, but i am talking Trash. in answer to your question from another thread, yes, the Greeks (as you call them) are worse as mass consumers, volumes of garbage are produced beyond what is normal. i am on the other hand not ashamed to say that there is an awareness and action which demonstrates, that the Institutions themselves seek to change.
