Hello!

I have read about the bank restrictions on Cyprus but I am not sure about the details in some specific cases. Maybe someone here can explain.

Person A wants to transfer money from his account in Bank X to person B who also have an account in Bank X. Will there be any restrictions on such kind of a transaction?
