I think a fair compromise that the GCs could make would be to allow the 70,000 TCs to resume living in a free Cyprus as though they never took part in the Turkish-promoted grande theft and racist segregation of our island. Furthermore, to once again freely offer them an improved and EU-harmonised state to live in without anticipating a word of gratitude.

The compromise the TCs could make is to give up their expectations of having twice as many rights as normal human beings.

Would that be all under a BBF with political equality of the states as supported by the rest of the World?

No, no "states". One whole Cyprus, as RoC. Are you therefore unwilling to fulfill the meager compromise proposed? One whole free Cyprus inherently requires you participate in Equality and not preferential treatment.
