I suggest you rethink your thread title.

First of all, there's no such separate entity as "North Cyprus" and secondly, it is NOT administered in such a way that you have any right to appeal to them to improve their act in running the "place"!

The only thing those in the occupied areas need to do is go back to Turkey and leave the administration of the whole of Cyprus with the RoC.

- These crooks are just a few among the many (if not ALL) who violate the northern part of Cyprus.

This is a heavily negative reflection on Cyprus as a whole, not just the occupied side.

That's OK, bill. Because the WHOLE island is Cyprus and so they don't need to subcategorise it. What they should move towards doing though is mentioning how a part of Cyprus is under illegal occupation by Turkey which of course harbours criminals as a hobby and hence attracts these crooks wherever it occupies territory.
