Eroglu is an - "Obstacle to Peace"

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Eroglu is an - "Obstacle to Peace"

Postby bill cobbett » Wed Apr 23, 2014 5:18 pm

Eroglu of "trnc" - "Obstacle to Peace"

Not many would disagree with that very candid view from one of the main negotiators in the settlement talks, Mr Mavroyannis.

"... "If Dervis Eroglu is re-elected, then the situation will remain the same. But if someone from the opposition replaces him, that would be better, as he could be more constructive” - Mavroyannis

" GREEK CYPRIOT CYPRUS " TALKS negotiator Andreas Mavroyiannis has taken a courageous step in passing comment on the internal politics of the break-away "Turkish Cypriot" ‘state’, by suggesting their leader is not the man to facilitate a peace deal.

Ooooh ... now, that's worth quoting a couple of paras from...

"... Cyprus is another case that undermines Washington’s professed reverence for the territorial integrity of nations. NATO ally Turkey invaded the island in 1974 and proceeded to occupy the northern 37 percent of Cypriot territory. At the very least, the U.S. government looked the other way while its ally committed a blatant act of territorial theft. And a provocative new book, Kissinger and Cyprus: A Study in Lawlessness, by former Nixon Administration official Eugene Rossides, makes a solid case that the administration aided and abetted Ankara’s aggression.

The Turkish government certainly has never paid a significant price for invading and partitioning its neighbor. Nor has it done so for later establishing a secessionist entity, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, in the occupied territory and bringing in tens of thousands of settlers from the Turkish mainland. ..."

Eroglu should tell the people in the north the truth but he cant, he is in Turkeys pocket. Anyone elected by anyone in the occupied areas is automatically in Turkeys pocket.

They will all be "obstacles to peace".

indeed it is Cyprus that is screwed, it may allow "Greeks" to attend to their Agenda, and in the north the same Ignorance, where Cypriots have no voice, but as "Turks".

...we'll see bill, it does not surprise me actually, coming from Lordo, it would freak me out if vp or erolz was saying the same thing (imagine: Mr Haha), but we'll see if "they" get him back on his meds.
