At the risk of being accused of propaganda by VP, Zan and Erol and maybe of creeping in to "trnc" and putting up these flags...

Below was a scene that greeted pilgrims to Good Friday Liturgy at the Church of Ayios Georgios Exorinos in Occupied Famagusta last week.

If this Liturgy was a peace and reconciliation event, why did the Illegal Regime of "trnc" allow this provocative nonsense...!!!

Of course there are still scum bags about. The difference between you and me Billy boy is I accept there are on both side where as you would make out they are only on our side. I have written in the past about the damage to prospects of reconciliation such flags in the North are. Where have you ever written about how damaging Greeks flags in the South are to such prospects ? That you ONLY care about and focus on this kind of thing when it happens in the north but say nothing about its equivalent in the south actually just supports the scum bags on both sides but that is probably more than your brain can handle. Where do you think I was standing ? With those welcoming with warmth or with those waving flags ?

By the way you do know that it is a constitutional right under the RoC constitution that Cypriot citizens be free to fly the Turkish flag should they wish to ? One has to wonder what would happen to a TC living or even visiting the RoC who wanted to exercise that right ?

Where are you posts about how damaging the flying of the Greek national flag in the RoC is to promoting peace ? Yes you have condemned EOKA-B but have steadfastly refused to condemn any within EOKA, like somehow the 'kunts' of EOKA-B were not to a man every last one of the same 'kunts' who before being in EOKA-B were in EOKA, pursuing the same goals using the same tactics.

That you can even pretend that your views are somehow 'balanced' is in itself, given your voluminous ramblings here, just yet more evidence, as if any were needed, of how you are not.

If the Greek Cypriots on the OTHER side can display flags of GREECE alongside the original Cyprus flag, the TRNC can display the flag that was accepted by the 2004 UN Annan Plan as its own! As I have said many times....if you don't like it you can not come over to the TRNC or even more brave, try to pull it down!

You see, these are the sort of posts that undermine the effors of serious TC posters such as Erol. Its appalling how many mistakes this guy can commit in one single sentence.
1) The Annan Plan did not get passed. Face it.
2) The "trnc" flag was never mentioned in the Annan Plan. The only flag mentioned in the Annan plan that could be displayed to represent the Republic was the 3 striped Blue, Orange and Red. However, as I said before, the Annan plan did not get passed making it null and void.

Obviously there are many points that will be carried over to a new plan however this gives no recognition to anything that was "agreed" (even though it wasn't agreed) in the Annan Plan.
