Giving it a rest

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

He makes a good point though.

If we recognized how our behavior affects others and made the necessary steps to correct them (in the real world) it would be a better place to live.

I too would like to apologies for any insulting, abusive or commentary that has offended others.

Now, would the TC's do the same as well as also recognizing their illegalities and other perpetrations in the real world, in Cyprus and take the necessary steps to correct them, unconditionally?

We would have a solution to the Cyprus problem.

Dear members of the Cyprus Problem Forum, I have decided to give this forum a rest, it has turned me into a bitter person as you have already witnessed and in actual fact that is not me. My posts here bear no resemblance to who I really am.

Therefore, I would like to apologise to all, both GCs and TCs for my harsh, abusive and insulting words, sorry. Some people just get under my skin.

Paphiti and Mr Frog especially, you do sound like nice guys seriously and you didn't deserve some of my dishing out.

Anyway, I will give it a rest for now, but will be looking in and making sure you all behave.

All the best

B25,

I have to admit that when it comes to Cyprus, GCs, TCs, BBF, Partition, Unitary State and blah blah, I too lose a little control and get a bit hot-headed! It's just the subject of Cyprus; it drives me mad at times - Why? There’s just no logic to it. Perhaps it's because we love the island so much, care for it's security and survival so deeply that we can't bare witness to any chance of another problem. You have the admit, whether you are GC or TC, we have all seen, and heard of our fair share of "Cypriot" issues, and this forum only adds fuel to the fire even at the best of times. That's why I disappear sometimes, take a breather, and drink some 31 and Raki with both my Turkish and Greek Cypriot friends, before returning back blasting, screaming and shouting LOL. Perhaps we should all take a break and enjoy the island a little more instead of worrying about whom to blame, who to point the finger at and what will happen in the future. Perhaps this is the future! Good luck B25 and look forward to seeing you on the forum in the future - good or bad.

Maximus,

You almost made we cry....love the "illegalities and other perpetrations in the real world, in Cyprus and take the necessary steps to correct them, unconditionally?" part, spot on! I will wait unconditionally for our corrupt politicians in resoloving the Cyprus problem before one day revealing who I real am and arranging a Cyprus-Forum Reunion.....and perhaps then we can all truly laugh about it all.

Do you agree that the occupation of the northern third of the island and the destruction and theft of peoples property is illegal and wrong?

Do you agree that the Turks and their local collaborators are trying to change the demographics of the island and this is wrong?

Do you agree that the average TC's view about how GC's should live under undemocratic systems in Cyprus is racist and offensive to most off them?

Do you agree that Turkey and their local collaborators are trying to find a solution at the expense of the GC's and this is wrong?

Do you think that the "TRNC" flag on the side of the mounting is adding insult to injury?

Oddly enough you've just realized it B25... it's been maybe more than 2 years I've been away from CF and i well remember you were harsher than what you claim you are lately...

I'm only against personal insults and attacks... being harsh is not a problem much...
