My world cup tipster service - for todays matches.

Colombia : Greece – over 2.5 goals
Uruguay : Costa Rica – Asian handicap Uruguay –2
England : Italy – England to win and both sides to score

I recommend doing a 'trixie' on the above three bets. A Trixie of 12.50 (total stake 50.00) would return approx. 1500 if all three bets win and something if only two win (how much depends on which two) and if only one or none of them wins then you loose your stake.

:)

He has been bloody lieing all along. He knows the Aussies did very well.

Well, a loss but the Socceroos showed real character and you could argue that they were the best side in the second half. But I don't think you get points for that.

Postecoglou laments Australia's "rusty" start, putting it down to showing Chile "too much respect". In the end, that was the difference. But, in all, a performance Australia can be proud of. This new generation may have that little something after all. In the meantime, the Netherlands await.

Thanks for all your emails. Bye.

Think he was more impressed with your prowess with statistics but don't ever give him an opening to wind you up. He will be in
there like a ferret

Hey, I didn't know we had a true soccer punter among us! :)

My exact score predictions:

Colombia 3 - 1 Greece

Uruguay 3 - 0 Costa Rica

England 1 - 2 Italy

 Cherish the goal Australia scored Paphitis because it’s the only one you’ll have… in your next two matches you won’t know what hit you. :)

I don't think so mate!

You know what the difference is? Australians have Anglo Saxon, Norman and Germanic Blood.

They always play to win! They have already stated that they do not care who they play against. They said they made a big mistake in giving Chile too much respect early on.

they are playing to win against Holland. It makes no difference to them if they lose 1 - 0 or 4 - 0. A loss is a loss, but they are going to play football and attack the opposition.

Why don't you ask DT to tell his mates at Apoel and CFA to get the Cyprus National team to tour Australia and play a friendly at the MCG in Melbourne in front of 100,000 spectators?

Don't expect Australia to tour Cyprus because I don't think they view Cyprus as worthy of an Australian tour or challenging enough. I think the Aussies would prefer to play Greece in Athens or Turkey in Istanbul!
