...someone mentioned deep fried halloumi, I found this recipe to make the cheese, and I couldn't resist sharing it with you.

Tried tonight...!!! Not bad, not bad at all with some iced-cream, but the fryer's gonna need some cleaning...!!! ... :(

...did you freeze them before dipping them in the oil?

not frozen but in the normal cheese chiller cabinet.
