You also might want to look at the methodology.

There are specific weightings, for continents and Australia and US are not mentioned which means they fall in the "All others" category.

The different weights of national competitions (only top-tier league in each country is analyzed) in descending order are:

England, Italy, Spain and Germany
France, Argentina and Brazil
Netherlands and Portugal
Belgium, Czech Republic, Greece, Russia, Scotland, Turkey, Ukraine, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay
Austria, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland Republic, Israel, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, United States, Algeria, Cameroon, Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, South Africa, Tunisia, China PR, Iran, Japan, Korea Republic and Saudi Arabia
All others

You shitty Brisbane team will be lucky to beat our 3rd division teams!

Brisbane Roar are looking to sign German International Mike Hanke as their Marquee player.

There is only one way to test this and that is to send Apoel out to Australia and see how the hold up. My bet is they would be DESTROYED!

Problem is your bet, like everything else from you… comes out your backside in the form of diarrhea!

You see, your football “knowledge” is akin to the football “skills” of the Brisbane Roar FC!

Make that the Brisbane Gays.

According to the rankings, Apoel are ranked higher than CSKA Moscow, Celta Vigo, Lazio, River Plate, Boca Juniors, Club Brugge, Anderlecht, PSV Eindhoven, Crystal Palace, Eintracht Frankfurt, Galatasaray, Besiktas (150), Werder Bremen (159), etc etc etc

And Auckland City FC is ranked 160, far higher than Brisbane and they do not play in the A League but Wellington Pheonix do and they are ranked further down than Brisbane.

Sorry but these rankings are a farce!

NEXT IDIOT PLEASE

It's Euro centric to say the least. The A League is I am sorry to say, greatly superior to the Cyprus First Division.

And if you want to prove otherwise, then you are gonna have to send a team over to beat Brisbane and prove it. You wouldn't be able to beat Melbourne City which came last.

Whatever! Look, if it makes you feel better, the Cyprus League is better! There you go.

Good night and good luck with it.

All I know, is that I would rather see a match between Brisbane Roar and Melbourne City to see David Villa play in front of 30,000 spectators than I would Apoel Vs Doxa Katokopias or something.
