Hello,

Is anyone living in Trachoni village - Limassol? Can you give me your feedback about it?
We are a family with a small baby (1.5 years old) and we are thinking to buy an old house in Trachoni, close to the main church - and to renovate it.

How are the people in the village? Is it safe to live in that area (close to the church)? Is it noisy?

Do you know about the Cipriot rules? Can you put the baby to another kindergarten, which is not in your area?

Any opinions would be of a great help.

Trachoni is considered a "low class" place, definitely not the best area in Limassol. Cyprus is safe in general... but if you want the safest of the safe then Trachoni should not be in your list Taking your baby to a kindergarten not in your area shouldn't be a problem... it can be arranged.

It is generally considered to be a rough place, although that of course is a relative concept, and it is nothing like as bad as a place that would be described as rough in the UK.
