No not bullshit at all.

The only person talking bullshit is you! Even Australia's Woodside has contracts in Iraq, similar to how the roC has issued licences to Noble Energy. Even the Russians have a foothold in Iraq.

at least the comment should include one of the items mention in my post.
1. what happened to the oil held in the country whilst the yanks were in control
2. what happened to the money the un released whilst the yanks were in control.

did they keep track of where billions of dollars went and to whom.

I'm sure the Iraqi Government did that. I suggest you go to Iraq's Ministry of Finance. Their website looks much better than the RoC's!

The US Military doesn't release Financial Reports.

Do you feel like you're grasping at straws? Do you really think an 18 Trillion Dollar economy is in need of a few Billion dollars?

obviously not very well informed about the matter. he was not a soldier, he was civilian brought in to give the contracts out to american companies. he was asked whether he kept records of who got this money, he replied no. when asked why, he said nobody asked him to track the money. this brain dead individual controlled iraq and her people. and you wonder why iraq is in a mess.

American companies always feature in every oil producing country because of their experience, technology and investment capabilities.

What you are insinuating is that there was foul play and that is a huge stretch.

The Iraqis have given out many contracts to non American companies.

You're not even on the right track. The Americans are interested in oil because their economy is dependent on the supply of it. They don't care about paying for it but concerned more about the security of supply.

the question is very simple, what happened to the money and the oil at the time. george galloway asked the question to one of the senators in america when he got accused of trading illegal with oil from iraq and he said he was ashamed he did not know.

Tha answer is very simple.

Contact the MOF in Iraq or speak to the Iraqi Embassy for clarification. This stuff the U.S. can't help you with.

Tunisia’s upgrade to being a "free" country is deserved for the progress it has made on the political front. But, the long-term sustainability of the country’s transition is dependent on how willing political leaders will be to undertake the deep reforms necessary to transform the lingering structures of autocracy into a system that supports freedoms.

ISIS’ plans to conquer Europe via Libya have been revealed in letters seen by an anti-terrorism group. Owing to its perfect location on the continental doorstep, the terrorists plan to ferry fighters from North Africa across the Mediterranean.

The plans, analyzed by anti-terrorism British think tank Quilliam, outline a strategy to illegally ferry fighters across the sea from Libya into southern Europe, into ports such as Italy’s southernmost island of Lampedusa, less than 300 miles (483km) away.
