 Bollocks. We don't need losers and heretics. :x

Hellenism's only allies are our Orthodox brothers (Russia, Serbia, etc.)

Turkish president Erdoğan made the following comment while speaking about the release of the 49 hostages being held by Islamic State:

“Siyasi noktada, diplomatik bir pazarlıktan bahsediyorlarsa burada tabii ki siyasi, diplomatik bir pazarlık kesinlikle söz konusu. Zaten bu diplomasi zaferidir.”

My translation:
“In a political sense, if they are speaking of diplomatic bargaining then, of course, political and diplomatic bargaining most certainly came into play. This, in any case, is a diplomatic victory.”

Some people are commenting that the above words are tantamount to recognition of IS as a state.

Erdoğan is now set to travel to New York.

it's really strange how you worship the countries that just sit back and watch Cyprus get invaded.

With "brothers" like Greece, Russia, and Serbia, who needs enemies?

The RoC's allies are the nations of the EU, of which France is one, and NATO.

Just a thought - Erdoğan went to Qatar on the 17th and the Turkish hostages were released by IS on the 19th or 20th (they arrived in Turkey at 5 am on the 20th). Erdoğan describes this as being a diplomatic victory. Did Qatar perhaps pull the strings?
