Where is Turkey going: thinking the unthinkable!

Postby Kikapu » Thu Oct 30, 2014 12:38 am

This is one of the best articles written about the Turkish Cypriots and Turkeys' role regarding them in Cyprus. Not an article the likes of VP and Lordo would accept as fact!

Recent pictures of Turkish tanks on the Turkish-Syrian border poised to roll into action but frozen in ruthless inaction while Kobani burned captured a moment in history worth a thousand words. The pictures also evoked mixed emotions in Cyprus where in August 1974 Turkish tanks did actually roll into action, the consequences of which are felt intensely to this day. Feelings of indignation, bitterness and frustration among Greek Cypriots, gratitude and respect but dislocation and sadness among Turkish Cypriots.

you do post some real toilet stuff old man. there is no comparison to be made here what so ever never mind accepting as facts.

in cyprus terggy was a guarantor of the tcs no matter what the bit of paper they signed said. after 11 years of attack on the tcs terggy was not about to help gcs.
in syria as far as terggy is concerned two terrorist organisations are attacking each other. what they have done is totally logical from that stand point. terggy has been fighting the kurds in the region for decades. you can hardly expect her to run to their aid in times of need. despite that terggy had opened her borders and taken over 2 million refugees. which sodding other country has helped so much. you really need to understand the real world before you make a fool of yourself and jup to incredibly stupid conclusions like you have been. terggey have said so many times. if you want us to put troops in syria declare it a no fly zone. easy realy ainit.
and finally here is the song gcs used to play to the terggish cyipriot in the 60s. those were the days hey, you remember them. i wonder if anybody fired a bullet at you at any time. i wonder if you have seen a 13 year old boys head opened with a dum dum in 64, i suspect not probably you wearing the greek flag at the time.

This from Fetullah Gülen's rag:

"It is to the credit of Atatürk and a measure of his statesmanship that he resisted pressure from Asian Muslims to become caliph himself, preferring to concentrate on setting up the secular Republic of Turkey, instead of resurrecting the caliphate."

We live in strange days indeed!
